All of the cakes and cupcakes under our Shop Online section can be ordered right through our secure website. When you place your order, you'll be able to choose free bakery pick-up or local delivery for a fee. You'll also be able to choose the date you'd like to get your cakes. Keep in mind that even if you order far in advance, we prepare your cakes to order so they are made fresh for pick-up or delivery. We require one day notice for online orders with cakes, two day for online orders with service supplying cake to event, so if you need something sooner, please give us a call at 215-598-5449 and we will try to accommodate you. Delivery is available Tuesday through Saturday, and pick-up is available Monday through Sunday
Yes we do! We have done work for The coffee house, The Kaffe and many others. We are able to create logo cookies and cupcakes, which are very popular gifts for clients and special events. If you give us enough notice, we can create something really amazing. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Step 1: Browse for your favorite products from “Online Ordering” sections.
Step 2: Having found your favorite products, choose the Size and Quantity, click on “Add to Cart” and continue shopping.
Step 3: Having added products to cart, click on the Cart button on the right of the Menu bar.
Step 4: Enter Promotion code (if existing) and click on “Checkout”. During a checkout, subtotal including shipping cost will be calculated. Customers will then be required to select payment methods and fill in personal information (Name, Address, Email, etc.)
Step 5: Having finished payment, customers will receive confirmation letter including further information via E-mail.
We accept Credit/debit, ATM, Installment credit, Cash installment FE Credit cards. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system.
First-time orders must also be sent to the cardholder's billing address or work address. This process is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently. To ensure that you don't experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.
If you would prefer to place an order by telephone, you can call Customer Care on, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 10 days to decide whether to keep your items. To arrange your exchange or return, simply send us an email at gateauxdevenus@gmail.com. You will then receive a confirmation email or SMS with returns instructions and details about how to book your collection within 2 working days since the receipt of product return request. Shipping costs are not refunded but full order value and sales taxes are included in your refund. Please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. For more information, please view our PAYMENT & RETURN, CANCLELATION.
