We are proud to use Hahaship for our shipments, and we will make every effort to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your cookies. However, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen Hahaship delays or problems with the shipping address you supply to us. We package our cookies with lots of tissue and padding to keep them safe. In the unlikely event that your cookies arrive damaged, please email us within 48 hours a picture of any broken cookies to hoanghavineu.wixsite.com/gataeuxdevenus and we will refund you for the affected cookies. It's very rare for this to happen!

About fresh cream cake is only available for shipment within Ha Noi. Please order in advance at least 24 hours. We deliver the cakes from 11.00 - 18.00. Cakes are available to pick up from 9.00 - 22.00 at our studio.
